I have seen many women follow a keto plan and yet continue to struggle with bloating, cravings, anxiety and more. I was one of these women. Sure, I lost weight, but I was suffering. My anxiety, while it disappeared temporarily, returned with a vengeance; every meal left me bloated and uncomfortable; and I could not get a handle on my binge eating.
I never cheated with non-keto foods, and I made sure that when I did binge, it was on healthy fats so that I stayed in ketosis, and yet the urge to binge was all too consuming. Even when I hadn’t binged, my bloating and discomfort after a meal never let up.
Trained in nutrition, I was sure I was doing everything correctly, and the fact that I was struggling made no sense to me. I was obviously missing something, and so I researched a whole lot more, and lo and behold, once I discovered the culprit, my symptoms disappeared in just one day! One day!
Even after this breakthrough, I had never intended to create and sell a keto plan. I figured that there were so many out there, no one wanted another, right? WRONG!
That’s when my sister contacted me. She knew I was keto, and she knew it was the reason my partner and I were looking so trim. She wanted help getting started.
So, I threw together a few tips and food lists to get her going, and then I got to work creating a plan that was super easy to follow. I’d seen too many women get bogged down and confused with the keto plan they were on, that I was determined to create one that left my sister feeling empowered and not confused. I didn’t want her to fail just because my plan wasn’t easy to follow!
I knew this plan had to be different than all the others out there. It had to be simple. Nutrition was never meant to be complicated! Let’s face it: we must be the only species on the planet that overthinks nutrition! Would a lioness in her natural habitat worry she’s not getting adequate nutrition? Would she worry that if she ate too much, she would get fat? Of course not! She just eats what nature intended her to eat.
Once I began creating the plan, I knew I could help not only my sister, but many women get started on keto and learn how to get the results they are seeking.

This plan is not high in fat and therefore will not be a problem for those without a gallbladder.
This plan has a strong focus on animal-based nutrition. While it is suitable for pescatarians, it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
This plan is suitable for both women and men. However, due to the very personal nature of some of the discussions, the 3-2-1 Metabolic Reset Support Group is for women only. Men are supported via email. If you are doing the plan with your female partner, however, she can ask questions on your behalf in the group.
This plan has enough flexibility to allow you to eat zero carb/carnivore if you wish.
This plan is different from most keto plans out there. When you sign up, you will specify your sex and height. This will allow me to send you the appropriate plan for you.
Your partner is welcome to do the plan with you. Once you sign up, you can contact me to request the version of the plan specific to their sex and height.
