Retreat terms & conditions
Prices and services
Retreat fees are in Australian dollars.
Fees are inclusive of all meals, accommodation, workshops and one-on-one sessions, but does not include flights, airport transfers to and from the retreat venue, travel insurance, spa treatments or spending money.
Travel arrangements, including the booking of flights and transfers to and from the venue are your responsibility.
We recommend obtaining full and comprehensive travel insurance in the event you need to leave the retreat for any reason, such as a family emergency or act of nature.
Registration policy
Payment of a $900 deposit is required upon approval of your application.
Your registration is only confirmed once you have paid the retreat fee in full and signed a participant agreement form.
Payment policy
Full payment must be made no later than 5 weeks prior to the commencement date of the retreat.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation by you
In the event that you need to cancel and know of someone who can take your place, you can transfer the full amount of your paid fees to that person without penalty, on condition their application is approved.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the retreat, and you cannot fill your place, you will be refunded paid fees less $900, or you can use this as a credit for a future retreat. Tailored Wellness will not be responsible for any currency fluctuations and will refund/credit the original amount that was invoiced.
There is a large amount of work that goes on behind the scenes when organising these retreats. For that reason, if you cancel less than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the retreat, and you cannot fill your place, you will not be refunded unless we can find a replacement for you at such short notice. We do know life happens and will do our utmost to assist.
No refunds/credit will be given if you arrive late or leave early.

Cancellation by Tailored Wellness
Tailored Wellness reserves the right to change retreat venue or dates due to unforeseen third-party issues.
The retreat requires a minimum number of participants. Tailored Wellness reserves the right to cancel the retreat no later than 5 weeks prior to the commencement date of the retreat and will refund any fees paid, or you can transfer your fee to a future retreat. Tailored Wellness is not responsible for any expenses incurred before cancellation, such as flights or loss of work. Please ensure you obtain full and comprehensive travel insurance so that you are covered.
